R/ C Helicopter Small Plastic / Metal / Carbon Parts Provider Needed!
Hi there, my name is Raj Bains.
I am interested in having some carbon parts made for a new brand of r/c helicopter i am producing in the UK. I estimate per helicopter will use 1 sheet (or less) of A4 sized carbon at a thickness of 1mm. I will also need other parts made and am after a small company who can manufacture MOST of the parts maybe some electric parts. I will also need it packaged in a small box (shoe box sized) with my logo's. I esimate an initial order of atleast 200 after seeing samples.
Once a sample is recieved it will be built and tested in extreme 3d flight by top uk flyers to check for durability and quality.
For now i need very rough prices to see if it is financially viable to proceed with investing in production but of the up most quality of parts.
Parts needed:
A4 sized cut carbon parts at 1mm thickness
10mm carbon tube at a lenght of 35mm (0.5-1mm thickness)
Assortment of M2 nuts/bolts/washers/35 bearings (approx 150pc in total)
Drive gear 150 tooth and 106 tooth (plastic) and 2 metal 25tooth gears
x4 metal shafts 3mm diameter 40mm lengh
x2 metal shafts 5mm diameter 150mm lengh each with grub screw holes
x2 metal shafts 2mm diameter 40mm lengh
x2 carbon/steel rod 2mm diameter 200mm lenght
Small metal parts (ball joints, collars,braces, mounts etc)
Small plastic parts (ball joint clips, rudder paddles, arms, landing skids)
Small boxed with my logo/brand
A quality brushless motor with Electronic speed control and Gyro??
Reciever and 6channel transmitter??
If you think your company can help, please let me know with a rough price using the info above for an intial shipment of atlest 200/300units! But as a rough guide Without electrics it should be less than gbp12.00
