I will only do business COD for the first order. I am looking for a supplier than can handle about 300 units per month ( of different styles in blocks of 10 to 100). I will purchase and pay shipping for a sample and after the sample is received I will palce an order for at least 10 units as long as the sample is of acceptable quality.
I have already been scammed twice...that is the reason for the COD on the first order.
