If your company can produce special-shape labels in mylar/polyester, please read the following.
We need a special shape label in mylar/polyester, fine matte finish. Permanent adhesive is.05mm thick, mylar is.2 thick, printing is 2 colors (black and Pantone Yellow) on back surface, between adhesive and mylar.
Please note that polyester can be difficult to die cut, so please do tests to make sure your processes will work. I mention this because another vendor has had production problems with cutting this label.
Overall label thickness must be.3 +.07-.03 mm. Extra ink layer may be applied to achieve proper thickness.
JPG file is attached. Label height is 19.3mm, center circle is kiss-cut, left in place. Label "grass" is also left in place. On approval, we can send. Ai (Adobe Illustrator) file with full dimensional information, etc.
