Grade 2, job-lot or prime
We are very interested to buy white (bleached) coated paper. We have
been using multiple trucks per month of "joblot" or down-graded P1S
coated paper rolls but we cannot find enough material to fill our
orders. This is the reason we are researching the possibility of custom
coating paper with a thin layer of PE to resolve this problem. The end
use of this PE coated paper is disposable auto floor mats. We want
to find a paper with some kind of coating on one side that will hold
out moisture. This can be accomplished by various coatings not just
PE coating. If you have any other cheap coating method that will
provide some liquid barrier properties it will work. The reason for the
PE coating request is due to what we have been using in the past. I
realize this might be cost prohibitive, hence my request for any other
cheap coating method. Please give me any recommendation you have to
help me accomplish this goal.
1) Target price: USD$0.05 - USD$0.06 per pound
2) I will send samples of the paper we are currently using
3) Payment terms: Net 30-45 days
4) Material required as soon as possible
5) Delivered to: Port of Charleston, SC (if from overseas) or Florence,
SC (if by truck from Canada)
6) Quantity: 2 truckloads per month (minimum)
7) Material thickness: 152 - 165 microns
We are also looking for white latex saturated/impregnated paper rolls
152 - 165 microns thick.
