Subject: URGENT Inquiry about Wax Paper
Hi There,
I wonder if you can help me? I am looking for a supplier who can give me prices based on the following information. At this stage I do NOT have any artwork and have NOT been told what weight paper or whether the paper needs to be wax coated or wax paper 1 or 2 sides. I must offer my Client some options. I DO NOT NEED PRICES FOR THE BARS OF SOAP
My Client already has some bars of soap that need to be wrapped in some sort of wax paper or wax coated paper. It would be both sizes and quantities required for 1 order
Size 1
Qty 6000
Actual bar of soap 8 x 11 x 2cm that needs to be wrapped
Sheet size 20 x 26cm? Please advise best sheet size if you can!
Printed 4 colour 1 side of the paper only
Supplied trimmed to size
Size 2
Qty 30000
Actual bar of soap 4 x 5.5 x 1cm
Sheet size 12 x 8cm? Please advise best sheet size if you can!
Printed 4 colour 1 side of the paper only

It may be that both the soaps have different artwork so can you show the plates or film price separately on each so that I can state what the extra would be should there be 2 versions of artwork between the sheet sizes
When quoting please make sure you answer all of the following
1) Cost per sheet size 20 x 26cm for 6000 units
2) Best lead time for 6000 units
3) Price for the 4 colour film set up on 20 x 26cm size
4) Cost per sheet size 12 x 8cm for 30000 units
5) Best lead time for 30000 units
6) Price for the 4 colour film set up on 12 x 8cm size
7) Confirm exactly what thickness of paper you have quoted on and whether it is wax paper or wax coated 1 or 2 sides
8) Cost for previous samples and best lead time
9) Cost for clients own artwork and best lead time
10) Confirm any safety certification held for the paper for example food safe etc
11) Qty per carton of 20 x 26cm size option
12) Carton size for 20 x 26cm size option
13) Carton weight for 20 x 26cm size option
14) Qty per carton of 12 x 8cm size option
15) Carton size for 12 x 8cm size option
16) Carton weight for 12 x 8cm size option
