We need a company that can give us a quote for air intakes. Left and right air intakes.
About 1/8" or little more in some places thick. Need to be in blackABS plastic about 50 to 100 pairs to start off at first run. Each airintake has a tab with 3/8 inch oval( you can see in drawing) We canprovide the working sample and 2D drawing no CAD scanned in for thispart.
injection molding or Thermo vacuuming forming.
We have no mold . A mold will need to be made.

These air intakes are part of a upgrade motorcycle kits we plan sell in APRIL or MAY.

about 1/8 inch thick (.25)
and under 2 lbs. need wire mesh to go inside
14 inches long but need to be shorten about an 1/4 inch
