We are looking for adequate manufacturer for the following machine made paper bag paper : around 200 gsm coated art paper size 1 : 215 mms (W)+ 100 mms (G) x 280 mms (L) + 40mms (inside flap) size 2 : 280 mms (W)+ 135 mms (G) x 340 mms (L) + 40 mms size 3 : 320 mms (W)+ 135 mms (G) x 420 mms (L) + 40 mms printing : Flat tint 1 colour pantone + 4 colours process + hot gold foil both sides (hot stamping area 190x45 mms on size 1,230x50 mms on size 2, 250x60 mms on size 3) handle : 2 burgundy pp cords. 5 mms x 45 cms with 4 burgundy eyelets. Finishing : top and botom cardboards. Gloss lamination Packing : 100 per export carton. quantity : annual quantities are size 1 : 240.000 size 2 : 140.000 size 3 : 100.000 but the first test order will be for only 1/4 of the above quantity. We will ask for proof sample before mass production Those bags are sort of semi automatic paper made for the bottom folding and gluing.
