Our parent company is looking for miners who are interested in going for a JV to increase their production and looking for reliable partners.
Our parent company is interested in a JV with the miner who havs the intergerity and long term vision. They will go for a 80%-equity participation and the miner will be holding 20%. They will provide the funds anf the miner will operate the mines but our parent company will buy the coal for their oversea market.
