1) weighing system for tundish car

Loadcells to be protected against heat, temp goes as high as 80 degree
Detail drawing for loadcell mounting arrangement to be supplied by party.
Weighing system with following.
A) remote display with 6 inches digit height
B) rs 485 communication port
C) 1no. Bcd coded o/p for our plc (potential free contacts)
D) 4 to 20 ma o/p corresponding to weight
E) tare facility.
2) weighing system for 50 t crane
Weighing system suitable for eot crane weighing capacity 70 tons, As the crane operates in heavy flame suitable weighing system to be designed With necessary
protection against heat & dust. Resolution 10 kg, accuracy 0.05 %, i/p supply 230 v ac, 50hz. Remote display visible for minimum 25 meters. As the weighing
system is mounted On crane special care to be taken against excessive vibration.
3) weighing system for turret
Capacity 100 tons, resolution 10 kg, accuracy 0.05 %, i/p supply 230 v ac, 50hzLoadcells to be protected against heat, temp goes as high as 200 degree,
Necessary cooling system to be designed detail drawing for loadcell mounting arrangement to be supplied by party.
Weighing system with following.
A) remote display with 6 inches digit height
