burners. Please review the following information:
1. Fuels: Gas, light to heavy oils, or combination gas/oil
2. Btu/hour: 4,200,000 to 42,000,000
3. KW: 1231 to 12306
4. USGPH: 30 to 300- Oil
5. Kg/h: 104 to 1038
6. Thermal Output: 100 to 1000 BHP
7. KW: 981 to 9810
Design Features Include:
1. Low-pressure air atomizing system on oil with rotary vane
compressor
2. Piston-type positive displacement oil metering system
3. Cam trim for consistent air/fuel ratios
4. 14-point adjustment range
5. Nozzle line electric heater standard on medium to heavy oil
burners
6. Hinged air housing for easy access/servicing
7. Gas manifold on oil burners for upgrade to combination
units
8. Backward-curved impeller provides adequate combustion air
for various furnace pressures and high-altitude applications
9. Rotary damper system with silencer
10. Refractory combustion cone
11. Full modulation and high turndown ratios.
