We are looking for a low-cost SIP protocol IP phone to add to our product line, which is targeted at government and telco customers in the US. Our products are used in commercial business applications and must be highly reliable. One key issue for us is our ability to support the phone software on your product and integrate it with the rest of our product line. Our other products are built around the Audiocodes AC495 chip (equivalent to TI TNETV1055) with Linux OS. If we find a phone that fits with our other products and we can reliably support, we anticipate selling 500 to 2,000 units per month. 1. What VoIP chip set do you use in your phones? What is the memory capacity (flash and RAM)? 2. What OS do you use? 3. Could we develop our own software or maintain/modify your software on your hardware platform? 4. Does your phone support 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE)? In addition to answering these questions, please provide us with a quote for your SIP-based IP phones, including: Price (quantity 100 to 5,000) Minimum order quantity Sample price FOB point Delivery schedule Please include detailed product data sheets and manuals, as well as your web site address. Any other relevant specifications for your phone designs would be welcome. Thanks, Steve Hill Tone Commander Systems
