3)P/P+ Epitaxial Silicon wafers 100mm dia
4) N-Type and P-Type Test wafers
Our requirements are 50000 wafers for Item at Serial No. 1
25000 wafers for Item at Serial No. 2
15000 wafers Item at Serial No. 3
and 2500 wafers Item at Serial No. 4
