Plastic Molds, Stainless Steel Tubes, Stamped Stainless Steel Parts
I have designed a manual knife sharpener which controls the angle between the knife blade and the sharpening stones. The machine has 14 plastic pieces, 3 stainless steel pieces (extruded and stamped), 2 aluminum pieces (stamped), 8 stainless steel pins, 6 stainless steel screws, 3 thin self locking nuts, and 3 regular self locking nuts. Assembly is required by interested party. Ceramic and diamond chip stones will be shipped to the maufacturer of the product and will be included with the assembly of the machine.
QC inspection will be performed by an outside sourse.
Also required is a platic display box with clear plastic top cover for the device.
This will be first of 6 different veriations of the concept which will be added to the contract over the first 12 months of manufactureing.
