Instantly we have a tender with us from Government Institutions for effecting supply of Deformed Steel Bars approximately 25000 30000Ton and Deformed Bars should be of specifications given as under
Thickness : 1/4 Inch : 6.35mm
: 1/2 to 5/8 Inch : 12.7 15.875mm
: 3/4 to 7/8 Inch : 19.05 22.225mm
: 1-1/4 to 123/8 Inch : 31.75 15.375mm
: 1-1/8 Inch : 28.575mm
Since the supply is urgent and it would be appreciated if you could apprise us your CNF Karachi prices which should sustain the market along with the relevant literature for understanding the said products.
We may further inform you that we have ultimately to effect supplies of such imported items to a National Institution being a regular buyer of substantial quantity thereof. Therefore apparently constant supplies shall have to be made if once the rates along with the terms and the conditions for payment are decided. Their once such term for payment is that we shall place an indent for the required quantity on you and therefore 80% payment shall be arranged for you at sight while the remaining 20% shall be on 90 days DA through LC. These conditions being of the Institution we are confident that you shall have not practical objection to such mode of remittance to you. In this context it would also be necessary that if you kindly let us know the shipment schedule of the consignment if the transaction is ultimately approved and finalized. Kindly also let us know the period of validity of price as quoted by you so that we could apprise the Institution accordingly, we are confident that your prices shall be most competitive and sustainable. We factually we want to stay connected in business with you and would never like to have any disjuncture therein and for that your business collaboration is a pre-requisite.
