Our town is celebrating its 250th anniversary in 2009. We want to hang approximately 200 banners (flags) from utility poles. The banners would be approximately 48 inches (120 cm) high and 16 inches (40cm) wide, made from an appropriate fabric, perhaps nylon. I am inquiring about printing services that would produce text on the banners approximately as follows:
"Celebrating
New Marlborough
Quarter Millennium
1759 -- 2009
(Insert Logo)
Village of
Hartsville"
Since our town has five villages in it, the 200 would be divided to include 40 each of the different village names, with each village's banner a different fabric color and different text ink color. The other village names are:
Mill River
Clayton
Southfield
New Marlborough (the village has the same name as the overall town)
Ideally, the banners would be made of a fabric that would have sufficient opacity to allow double sided printing.
Please advise if this is the type and volume of work you provide. If yes, please recommend appropriate fabric. In addition to printing on fabric, do you provide the actual fabric? Do you also provide hemming and grommet installation? Can you provide a price quote based on above specifications, which may change either descriptively of in number, before the order is finalized?
