Wood / Steel Doors
We are looking for Exterior Steel/Wood doors for residential use. These doors must be produced in a variety of sizes and designs and for under $39.00U.S per door. Please view website fangdatech.com and if you can manufacture these doors as described on the website please provide a quote.
Door Measurements
200.7cm Height x 75.6cm/80.6cm/85.7cm/90.8cm Width (four different width sizes) x 4.4cm Thickness
1. Door surface panels are 24 gauge galvanized cold rolled steel sheet, conversion-coated to permit paint bonding on both sides. Two coats of polyester are applied to the surface sheets. The doors have flush or embossed face sheets.
2. Door stiles and rails are1-1/4" thick kiln-dried, primer coated pine. A full thermal break cavity is provided. As a stile side installation fitting aid, 1/8" can be requested.
3. A full 12" wood lock block is provided for reinforced mounting of the lockset and/or deadbolt.
4. The polyurethane core is formed inside the door cavity and chemically bonded to all interior surfaces for minimum thermal transfer.
5. All door surfaces are factory primed white. Depending on customer requirements, other finishes may be applied.
6. Doors are prepared to receive 4 4"hinges and standard cylindrical lock sets. The latch bore can be prepared 2-1/8" diameter face bore, 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 back-set, or a 1"edge bore with a 1 2-1/4" latch plate routing.
