We are interested in price quotations for 15" LCD monitors and 15" CRT monitors. We will purchase at least 6,000 total monitors (and maybe up to 12,000). We will probably request to have them shipped in batches of 1500 every 2 weeks (over a 2 month time period) until all 6,000 units are shipped.
Our target price is less than USD90.00/each for the LCDs and less than USD65.00/each for the CRTs.
We need you to commit to your price quotation until all units have been purchased. That is, we will not accept future price increases. Your price quotation needs to remain valid until this contract is fulfilled.
In your quotation, please tell me your payment terms. Provide me with an FOB price as well as a CIF price to Lagos, Nigeria. Please also tell me how many units can fit into a 20 ft, 40ft, or 40ft HQ container.
What is the warranty period for these products?
All prompt and detailed responses will be reviewed and considered. We will not accept responses after January 18, 2008.
