I am looking into shipping cement type Ordinary Portland cement

Gray OPC grade 42.5 type I from China and Vietnam to Russia.

I would like to know if you could give me an idea of price as follow:

�        Loading Port: Shanghai

�        Unloading Port: Novorossiysk

�        Loading Port: Shanghai

�        Unloading Port: St Petersburg

�        Loading Port: Haipong

�        Unloading Port: Novorossiysk

�        Loading port: Haipong

�        Unloading Port: St Petersburg

We want to chartated the vessel with loading capacity from 12,000 to 25,000 tons.

Please get back to me ASAP in order to move forward with the business.

Note I have negociated the cement with the suppliers and now I am only needing the shipping in order to conclude the deal.
