( Overall we require an axle manufacturer that has the ability to manufacture a range of axles with different brake sizes and optional tracks.
i.e Brake sizes, 12.25" x 7.5" (300mm x 200mm), 15" x 7" (360mm x 180mm), 16.5" x 7" (420mm x 180mm)
Axle Beam, 5" (127mm) round x 16mm wall. Spindle Induction Hardened on seal and bearing journals, Capacity 9t - 10t, Track options 71.5"(1816mm),
73"(1854mm), 80.5" (2040mm)
Bearing configuration options, American Standard - Inner HM218248/10 Outer HM212049/11
European Standard - Inner HM218248/10 Outer 33213
Parallel spindle Inner & Outer HM518445/10
Hub & Drum Options;-
16.5" x 7" Brake = 10 stud x 285.75 pcd , 10 stud 335mm pcd, 5 spoke demountable

More specifically:
1/. Our main focus is drum brake axle for dual tyres of the following characteristics:
Axle track - 73",
Load capacity - 10t (or 12t if possible),
Axle beam 5" (127mm) OD and 16mm(or 5/8") wall thickness,
Spindle type - tapered American style, with induction hardened bearing and seal journals, to suit bearing cones - outer HM210249 and inner HM218248,
Brake spider - welded and suitable for enclosed camshafts,
Camshaft - 10 spline and long to suit air suspension - enclosed,
Brake size - 420x180mm (16.5x7") with quick release shoes,
Wheel attachment - hub piloted 10x285.75 mm PCD & 10x335PCD and also 5 spoke option,
Slack adjuster - manual with multiple holes from 5 to 7",
Bearings tightening - three nut system,
