Our buyers in USA looking for ground low bottom prices for both items with FOB AND CIF Port Delivery Conakry in Guinea, West Africa.
1. Rice Specification:
+ Broken: 25% Long Grain White Rice;
+ Moister: 14.5% max;
+ Damaged kernels: 2.0% max;
+ Yellow kernels: 1.5% max;
+ Foreign matters: 0.5% max;
+ Paddy kernels: 30 seeds/kg. max;
+ Chalky kernels: 8.0% max;
+ Immature kernels: 1.5% max;
+ Milling degree: Ordinary milled.
Packing: In standart 50-kg PP bags ( with ours logo inprint, which will be provided separately with contract ).
Quantity: 500,000 MT/YEAR TOTAL MAXIMUM or 25,000 or more MT/Monthly MINIMUM.
Quality: Export Standard Quality.
Inspection: VINACONTROL, SGS.
Documentation.The cargo should accompany following paper work:
Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Full set of three original Bill of Lading plus copies,
Phitosanitary Certificate, Certificate on board Fumigation, Cargo Plan, Manifest, Inspection
Certificate issued by SGS or equvivalent, Certificate of wait & packing;
Shipment: within 14-21 days after receiving Buyer L/C.
Payment: By an Irrevocable unrestricted L/C at sight opened by a prime world or USA bank acceptable to Seller within 7 days after signing the contract allowing T.T.
Reimbersment: L/C to be available and payable for 100% invoice value at sellers bank within 5-7 days working days after receipt of tested telex from negotiating bank certifying the conformity of the shipping documents with the terms and conditions of the L/C.
